Shipping & Returns

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

 

Shipment Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Method:

All orders are shipped by Canada Post from our warehouse in British Columbia, Canada.

The estimated delivery time is 3 - 12 business days to US and Canada. (Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to Covid-19.)

Shipping & Handling Fee:

A flat rate Shipping and Handling fee ($15 CAD for Canada, $16 USD for US) will be charged at the time of checkout

Duties & Taxes for US customers:

Sales taxes (Federal, State, etc) will not be charged at the time of checkout.

Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). As such, your order may incur federal and state/provincial taxes, duties, and fees upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. For further information, please consult your local customs office.

Shipping Restrictions:

The shipping address must be a physical address. We regret that we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

 

Returns and Refunds:

  • Items purchased at finetracknorthamerica.com may be returned for up to 30 days after the original purchase date.

  • For hygienic reasons, Elemental Layer cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than the product defects.

  • Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. 

  • Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our warehouse.

  • Items must be in "as-new" condition and returned in their original packaging.

  • Unless otherwise confirmed, return shipping costs will not be covered or compensated by the store.
  • To return your item, please contact us first by email, at support@finetracknorthamerica.com, with your name, invoice number, and the reason for return.
